There's no ELS XML for it because it's not an ELS model.  Check the file information on the side, it says non-ELS.  If you're using ELS, you're better off sticking with ELS models.  However, if you must use non-ELS, use this VCF.  All you need to do is rename it to match the vehicle slot.
