This els V6-R1.14-091110 came with the emergency vehicle pack I downloaded from this site http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/emergency-vehicle-pack-els-f11792 the download came with police vehicles and to els files els.ini and els.asi. It did not specifc where to put the file and how to install them. I tried dragging and dropping the files into rockstar games>gta 4 >common>data and nothing happen. The lights dont come on the car, I am having a filing I am doing something wrong here. If anyone can help me out here, with step by step instructions that would be awesome.

u need a els enabled car and the keys are j,k,l in default mode

well it should work are the els lights lit up when u spawn a car

No they dont lit up when I spawn a car just headlights come if its night

even if u didnt active them they would be lit when u spawn the car guess u have more issues

Do you have an up-to-date asi loader?
