I recently installed GTA V on my PC.  Along with some mods, LSPDFR, LSPDFR+, Callouts V, Code Red Callouts, Assorted Callouts, Hero Cop, Arrest Manager and Traffic Policer.  

 

The entire time, my game has force closed, at random times.  I'm sure that is caused by the Traffic Policer may not work because the game version is too new, might be the issue causing that.

 

Recently, though, I installed EUP, Menu, RDI.  Now my game will not boot.

I also have issues right know with the game, what error you get ?

That's just it, I cannot tell.  Even after setting Rage for Direct X11 and Force Window, I still cant see the error message.  I did do some searching, and found a video by Albo that said the Common.dll file could be out of date.  

 

I eventually uninstalled the entire game, and reinstalled.  So far, I've had no issue, except the "Game version is too new."

Traffic Policer is saying the game is too new and may be incompatible.  And the game does force close some times, usually at traffic accidents, or when it asks me to search a customers vehicle.  I will screen shot my mods folder so you can see which mods are installed.  Most are Albos mods, because they are just awesome.  But I do have 3 - 4 callouts that are not made by him.  Since my fresh install, everything is working, but TP still says the game version is too new.  Could be my Albo Common file, but I did have issues with it once where every mod said it was out of date.  Finally got the RHP console visible, and took care of most issues, by replacing the file, but TP has never worked fully.  It successfully loads, but still throws that error.  I'll screenshot the game error so you can see, once I am able to get on it.

Here is my Mods folder.  I downloaded all of the mods, and saved them to a folder on my Desktop so I can keep track of the files, incase I need to revert or delete files.

Im having the same issues hear. i even switched to albo's older ddl but no luck. my game keeps crashing or i get a box message "in game notification" that says i should see a box on my screen and if not than my Direct X is to new to run with the game. 

Open RAGEHOOK, like you're opening the game.  Then hit the gear/settings icon on the RAGEHOOK logo.  Once it opens, check the box for Force Window Mode, and Direct X11.  Once you open the game up, and it loads, you'll see the text box appear on your screen.  Most errors will actually include a link to the most recent updated file.  I recommend downloading one of Albos more recent DLs, or any other one that you have downloaded, and just place the Albo dll in the main directory.  It took me about 4 times to finally get it all running.
