Does anyone know how to convert ELS vehicles to non-ELS vehicles and wants to help me out? Or want to teach me. Or know where I can find a thread of them besides narrowing it down to non-els while searching for vehicles?

I don't think you can convert ELS to non ELS.  If you want non-ELS models, there are plenty on this site and GTA 5 mods.  Also, just so you're aware, if the VCF is configured properly, non specific ELS cars will work with ELS, you just won't have the same functionality in terms of light customization.

That sucks, I'm looking for my fivem community because we don't want to use els

From what I understand, you can't use ELS on FiveM anyhow.  Like I said, there is a huge variety of cars to choose from. They may not be new-new like ELS cars, but they are still good.

You can use ELS on Five M, but you have to enable Scripthook, which allows users to enable client-sided trainers. The ELS-Vehicles are awesome... Two alternatives: Whitelist your ELS server or re-skin older vehicles with the permission of the designer of course.
