For some reason when I run GTA 5 everything starts up fine but I get no plugin loading screen and nothing happens when I press F4 to load the plugins manually in game. I made sure multiple times I am on the latest version of RPH and script hook. All mods are also up to date and my plugins are selected to load in the RPH settings.

 

game version: v1180

RPH version: 0.57

Make sure you're launching via RagePluginHook.exe, not GTA 5.exe.

I am launching through RPH.

Open RPH and go to its settings.  Under command line switch, check force windowed mode and force directx11.

I'm still getting the same problem. I still can't open the console commands and no plugins load. The police stations show on the map but if I go in them they shoot me.

I have all of those installed. I may just reinstall my game and all my mods, that usually works.
