LSPDFR and ELS Controls going crazy!

Hello all,

This is a resolved issue but I wanted to post about it in case anyone else has this issue. If you have Webroot SecureAnywhere installed on your computer, this applies to you. Basically the issue would be is if you load the game and get into a car with ELS, the horn would be pressed down and when you opened the on-screen display, all the patterns would be changing by themselves. Also, when you went to go on duty, you couldn't because all they keys were being pressed.

  1. To fix this, open Webroot and go to PC Security. Click the gear to the right of it.
  2. Go to block or allow files and add PlayGTAV.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe, ragepluginhook.exe to the list and set them all to allow. All of those files can be found in your GTA V directory.
  3. Once that part is completed, go to Identity protection on the main screen and hit the gear again.
  4. Open Application Protection
  5. Add all the files listen in step two of this post and set them to allow.
  6. Run GTA V!

I hope this helps someone. Webroot protects against key loggers and if it isn't a browser, it screws up the program bad.

Thank you,

GtaPoliceWinthrop
