So I have been having an issue with my traffic policer script. Every time I go on duty and all my scripts load in, the game just stops but it's kinda a weird crash. I can't move my car or camera, but I can still access the pause menu and still receives callouts.  So I used the ragenativeui.dll that comes in the zip file, used and the game works just fine and traffic policer runs just fine. I would use that version of ragenativeui, but several of my scripts and mods use 1.6. Has anyone had this same issue and solved it?

It sounds like the issue is that some of your mods are up to date, and others are not.  If this is correct, it means you either need to update all your mods or stick with only the older versions.   If your game is on the most recent version, then I strongly advise just keeping everything up to date.

Well most of the mods I have, haven't been updated to be compatibility with the newest version sadly.  I basically had to drop the mods that were using 1.6+, and just stick with traffic policer and its version of ragenativeui.
