I want to start to create my own vehicles with ELS and I DO NOT know anything about it!

So IDK if you guys have a great tutorial for noobs in creating vehicles from scratch, and creating light bars too and assign each light to a extra in the ELS,

Like takedown, traffic and every single slot of ELS.
