The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ScriptHookV isn't necessary to LSPDFR or Rage.  The only necessary mods are Rage and LSPDFR, all others are optional.  If you want to see if there's been an update, check the downloads section.
