I have updated scripthook and ragehook and now the game loads all the plugins and then continues to load the story mode but does not actually load the story mode. I do not use OpenIV. I do not have any modded vehicles. Is there any solutions to this?

May I ask what you did? A lot of other people are having this same issue.

I took out the mods folder and then launched the game all the way in and launched LSPDFR. I then closed the entire game and put the mods folder back in. After that, I deleted all of the Rage .57 files and put them back in. After that, the game launched fine.

I also had unlimited loading after the update. Had to go into OpenIV and it notified me that the update.rpf had to be updated due to the update (which also makes you lose any modified files within your current update.rpf). After I accepted that update, the game loaded.

Same happened to me I just deleted my mods folder with files from the last update and created it again with the new update.rpf & x64 in

The only issue i am running into is my siren from the modern siren pack wont work anymore and I have followed the steps outlined by Albo1125. I also am having issues getting my Emergency Strobe mod to work.

If you're using ELS, emergency strobes most likely isn't compatible since both mods mess with the wig wags.   Your vehicles.awc may of been muted if it got too big.  Do you hear any sirens or any vehicle sounds?

I hear the default sirens and vehicle sounds but none from the siren pack that I want to use. Also, when I open up my vehicles.awc file, it opens up an audio player and plays the sounds.

You may not of done the installation correct.   You need to create a folder.  In that folder should go the vehiclea.awc or vehicles.oac AND the vehicles folder.  Please double check the install instructions that come with it.

So inside openiv, i should copy over the vehicles folder as well as the vehicles.oac file ? All of this inside the vehicles.awc file?

No.  The siren you want to use should've came with a vehicles folder and a vehicles.awc or vehicles.aoc.
