I've been searching for a really nice, matching ELS pack but haven't really come across one - but perhaps I have missed one so if anyone knows of one please comment it!

 

I want to replace all of the police vehicles used for patrol, police1-4, sheriff1/2, fbi1/2, pranger and that's it.

    There's a few out there.  Check the mods section on this forum and GTA 5 mods.  I personally recommend T0y's Goose Creek based LSPD pack.

    You want something that changes them all? Okay that seems alright, are you looking for anything in particular such as, for a certain name/theme of department anywhere or lore- friendly stuff?
