maybe because I have 1.1 instead of 1.0

This also works for 1.1, 

 

First you have to add lcpdf_taser to weapon.img by using openIV, then put those files to common - data and replace. 

 

All you have to do is go to this link, you don't have to read entire form:

And download this file.
