So I just updated the new script hook and updated the .rpf file in OpenIV, now this happens every single time I launch the game. I literally touched nothing else in my files. Anyone have any idea wtf happened??

Try decreasing how many plugins you have loading on start up.

I'll try that, I only have the 3 though. It just gives me continuous crash errors for those 3 over and over. I end up having to open the task manager to end the program cause it just completely freaks out on startup. There is also a "Fatal Error" that pops up on the RPH loading screen just before everything crashes

For the fatal error, launch Rage as if you're going to play.  When the Rage screen appears, click the gear icon in the lower left.  Now go to "advanced settings" and uncheck "enable counter measures against online vehicles".
