Just trying to get an idea from everyone an anyone. What Plugins do most people have issues with as far as crashing game or out dated or even conflicts with certain mods. hope we can put together a list here it will probably help a lot of us.

A little bit of both I think. I might have solved my crashing problem though I took out vocal dispatch. But i have other plugins that may or may not be conflicting because i know when i perform a traffic stop my questions to the driver haven't changed i still got the same old questions. I don't know.

But for sure would like to compile a list. If all can make that possible.

In terms of crashing, there isn't a list of "popular" plugins.  The plugins that will crash on launch or crash when going on duty generally are the ones that are outdated.  Any plugin can cause a crash for any reason, it's the annoying part of modding. :P
