So I got the LSPDFR running but it is very limited to what you can actually do so my question is. Since Script Hook isn't updated and that may take a while, can you still install cars mods and plugins or do you absolutely need to have script hook and the simple trainer mod? It's fun but the standard LSPDFR doesn't have what I want to do :D

ScriptHookV is not a must have.  You can successfully play LSPDFR without it.  Car mods and LSPDFR based plugins do not require ScriptHookV and will still work just fine.  Trainers aren't mandatory, but you really should have one, in my opinion.  ScriptHookV is mainly for trainers and mods like ELS.

Thanks again for the reply! But the Rage Hook thing has a trainer through F4 no, I mean that works for repair, heal and spawn. Can you be so kind to explain a little more in detail what ScriptHookV is for? So I don't accidentally add something which requires it, and if I want something that requires it I'll jsut ahve to wait for ScriptHookV to update right :D

SHV just lets you run other mods.  When downloading a mod, double check and see if it just needs LSPDFR, or if it needs SHV.

According to the modpage of my mods I want none require SHV but half of them don't say anything about it. But there will be info in a 'readme' document of each mod, no? :)

Yes.  Most mods will have it said somewhere what they require in order to work.
