Okay, so this is both about Simple ENB AND Policehelper/quick menu from the LCPDFR Mod.

I think it goes in this topic, but let's get down to business:

So, I have Simple ENB, which is working great with LCPDFR! Only issues: Policehelper mod and the quick menu from LCPDFR has it's borders missing in the menu when I open it, I discovered that d3d9.dll is causing the issue, but when I delete it, the outside is only completely BLACK. I installed also d3dx9_40 and d3dx9_26

 which were "required" for ENBs. I tried running it again, still not solved. I'll post in-game photos in the comment section. Please help me! Also, sorry if this is in the wrong topic..
