The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, I am not sure if this is an els issue and if it is I apologize and will move the post.+but I am having issues, if I change my siren or if I hit o on my controller in causes the person I am chasing or am stopping to drive in a straight line and hit something thus ruining the chase or traffic stop, I am not sure what is causing this or how to fix it so I would greatly appreciate some help. thank you

It is a feature in the ELS.ini Go to the [ GENERAL ] section and go to "ElsTrafCtrlOn" and change it to "ElsTrafCtrlOn = false". Vehicles will still move out of they way when you have lights/sirens on but they will stop driving straight when you use your horn or other siren tones.
