Hi there I am really new at modding and never done it before but would like to learn can anybody offer any tips help and advice on this as looked all over the internet but no guides on how to properly do things

hi thanks soo much for the reply i am interested in leaning all aspects  but want to start like having a blank model like a dev model of a car and learning and putting the different accessories on it like lightbar and other details like that then progress 

 

For GTA V:

Alrighty, so I'd suggest BlackJesus's video or Devin Kan's series on ZModeler3's basic functions and actions. You can buy ZModeler3 at https://www.zmodeler3.com/  and you can find DEV models and parts (Lightbars, Rambars and all that) in LCPDFR.com's Resource & Assets Section. It may not be easy at first but you'll get the hang of it with time, I hope to see some vehicles from you posted! Good luck @Spikey123 !

Yes, for GTA V follow the guide on top, and for GTA IV follow the one below.

im really findng modelling very difficult tried following the videos but cant seem to understand it all what would be the easy thing to do first and come back to modelling later

hi there i have managed to make a vehicle with a dev model and have the back lights working but i cant get the front lights working on the lightbar the lights are els any ideas how to fix this i followed a tutorial to move the light emissive up in the texture manager of z modeler i have asked the person that made the tutorial how to fix this but no reply on how to how do i ?
