Ok so i have two problems right now, my taser doesn't work. i tried alt-t and didnt work at all. also when i type "ReloadSettings" into the in game console nothing happens. even after i restart i have to apply the config again and it still wont work. Please help :)

Did you try the manual install of the taser?

 

and also try to go to the properties of the gtaiv.exe and put the compatibilitymode on windows 8

 

ok so i did not try manually lol. and does it need to be windows 8? im on windows 10 but run it on windows 7.

I ran it on windows 10 and had mine set to w8 and honestly I think it ran a bit better.  Also be sure to quote the user in the future this way they will be notified.
