In your GTA V directory, there is RagePluginHook.log.  Attach that.

In your GTA directory is commandline.txt.  Open that, delete everything inside, then save and launching again.

its already empty

still tried it n nothing

i always try it twice with or without admin also each time

i might just have to wait till rage is fixed sad i bought the game just for lcpdfr

Uninstall LSPDFR only, then try launching Rage and see if it lets you in game. 

 

If it doesn't, remove ScriptHookV and try.

Things are stable.  For some reason, in your case, it doesn't want to work.  I advise doing a complete reinstall of the mods.  This time, only install Rage and make sure you can launch it. THEN install LSPDFR.

Try adding GTA V as an exception in your anti-virus and firewall.  Also, is your computer account an administrative account?

yes i am no av installed defender disabled plus malware done everything i think we r out of options

I doubt it's fixable

so my windows needed 190 updates thought that might fix it but still nothing

fixed bought a new computer lol only fix i could do
