i have modded in a dutch emergency vehicle pack exactly by the readme but in the game i still see the default vehicles without a skin.

Make sure you've put the vehicles in the very latest patchday.  Patchday 3, patchday 10, etc won't work.

I have put them in 15 now but it doesnt work

Go to where you have the vehicle installed in OpenIV and take a screenshot of the directory path, please.

X64e won't work.  All modded vehicles need to be in patchday15.

In OpenIV go to tools-->ASI manager. Make sure ASI loader and OpenIV.asi are installed.

I'm asking for a screenshot because I want to verify you are using the correct path. :) There are two paths that lead into the patchdays and the correct path.  I want to verify you've done it correct.
