After (I forgot who) deleted it, I haven't had any help from Google searches at all...so, anyone know of any ELS LAPD/LASD cars? Would greatly appreciate it.

No good ones out there. Wait for Scuderio's. He's working on some marvelous LA content.

right now there is none publicly available, the only one was TWISTEDSCOPES although he removed it (to update it i presume). We need more LAPD packs. 

 

Lundy is right, Scuderio's looks real promising and i'm eager for the the release of his pack.

There was an ELS LAPD pack (not by TwistedScopes)  a while back but it was also removed for unknown reasons.  The pack was good, there really wasn't any reason to remove it.

i believe that was TwistedScopes? to my knowledge he was the only person who did an ELS LAPD pack.. apart from the CVPI pack by policesco

I can't recall, I don't include the names of authors in my mods spreadsheed. :P  Maybe it was.  It was an ELS pack, though, and in my playtime with the cars there wasn't any gamebreaking bugs or issues, so I'm curious what he'd need to update. Though, at this point, I don't think it's ever being re-released.

Yes it was TwistedScopes the one I was referencing and I think that's the same you are, I agree that it's likely never going to be re-released.

 

But I have seen Scuderio's, it looks promising.
