The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That would still count as LSPDFR since you were playing modded at the time. :)  However, do me a favor, please, and load into GTA V either via Steam or the GTA5.exe if on the disc version and try playing for a while.  If it doesn't crash at all, it's something with Rage, LSPDFR, or another mod.

ok i did i drove a car for a couple of mins noting happend but in gta 5 lspdfr i do an action like pull over a car and then crash but if i just drove around nothing will happen i watched some videos they say maybe the storage or maybe because i have a lot of mods i dont know

You could temporarily remove some of your mods and see how the game reacts.
