License plate issues (zmodeler3)

Featured Replies

I'm probably doing something really stupid here, but I'm fairly new to creating models, and I understand the basics.

The issue I'm having is when the vehicle I'm working on (1990 Caprice) has dog dishes, the text on the license plate warps or disappears (Picture 1), whereas without the dishes, the text is fine (Picture 2). The text is also fine without the light bars being present on the model, so I suspect a clash. I've tried it with a variety of light bars and they all yield the same results.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Thanks,

Jed

Can you please explain, how did you fixed this? I got the same issue with car - with steelies wheels license plate disappears, but with wheels with hubcaps it works fine

Nice car, btw

I'm not entirely sure what the issue was in end, but I took the base DEV car with whichever hubcaps I wanted already attached and began by adding just the light bar.

I then tested the car and it seemed fine, and from there I added the extras and the 'misc's after it, testing it as I went.

Hope this helps
