Court System

Featured Replies

I was thinking why not improve the court system. For example, adding a court system (Justice of the Peace/Municipal court and State criminal court system) and what not to make the ldspfr experience more realistic. For example, when issuing citations, assigning a court date and what court assigned as well as the ability to determine the case outcome. Just some suggestions

There is no court system in LSPDFR by default.  The court system is via LSPDFR+, which was made by Albo..

That said, I would like to see a court system in base LSPDFR, just not sure how likely that is.

Well, not improving it but making a seperate file/script for it. And also, his court system primarily works with his scripts which unfortunately, not all of the files/scripts work with his script

I doubt street cops see much court action O_o Might be different overseas, of course.

As far as the mod goes, I liked the system Albo has created. I would love it even more if violators were found not guilty from time to time, or receive probation or whatever. We all know those liberal SA courts... You can walk out with a 10,000 bail after 10 minute long 6th star chase :D

That, however, might require implementing ticketing/evidence mechanics, which might be too much...

@Mags can correct me if wrong, but I imagine cops still spend a lot of time in court for people who fight tickets, or if officers respond to what turns out to be a serious situation that leads to court, and other similar scenarios.

Oh, you right, I totally forgot how it works in the States. Makes sense then. Brings that feel of accomplishment. If you manage to stay without crashing this long :D

I vary rarely go to traffic court, due to me informing the violator that I have the violation on dash camera. I have had a few people fight tickets, but I take good notes. They ended up having to pay higher than what the original ticket was for. As far as criminal cases I spend a good time in court due to my personal preference. I like doing a lot of Felony cases.
