In your main GTA V directory. "RagePluginHook", and it's a text document.

Just to confirm,in your Rage's settings, the plugin timeout threshold is 5000? Temporarily remove every plugin you have and try going on duty just with LSPDFR.  Does it still happen?

No, it works fine.

Chances are your PC might not be able to handle trying to load all the plugins.  The only things I can advise are

 

- Adding in plugins one at a time and seeing if you can go on duty with them.

 

- Close all other programs on your computer.

 

- In task manager, set GTA V's priority to high.

You sure? This was working just fine before I upgraded my computer. I don't think this is the issue. I have a 1080 ti...

@Kallus Rourke, crashing there is usually indicative of a vehicle model or another  causing a crash. 

i will also point out it's a really common crash.
OP, please rename your mods folder to _mods and launch, if the game does load, then one of your models, or .meta files is crashing your game.

I think you misread this topic. :P  The game loads fine for him, it's just LSPDFR when going on duty.  We had established part of the issue was with plugins.  Without any LSPDFR plugins, LSPDFR loaded just fine.

Wait what? Are you 2000% sure that's what's happened? 
Only thing I can think of that might be is an antivirus issue then, though at the same time my memory's a bit rusty.

Try adding the GTA V folder to your antivirus software, if you haven't installed one yourself, you have Windows Defender.

Would the anti-virus or firewall target LSPDFR plugins despite LSPDFR and Rage working just fine?

It's a possibility, and I believe it's happened at that section of the log at some point in the past.
