As my gta4 is not working, Im trying to run the 'diagnostics tool' but it keeps 'Not Working' how can i fix this?\?

My gta don't work, and yes ive ran it as admin.

None, its a clean install, ive reinstalled and 'repaired' thousands of times.

hrm.....my only thought, you might want to try an uninstall, delete all folders pertaining to GTAIV, not the mod folders you have on the computer, then try a full clean install again, repairing for me only did nothing but restore my car files and remove all the texture mods etc

Yeah, ive done that. Should i delete the 'Rockstar games' folder to? then reinstall?

Yes, in both your program files And your Documents folder, there is one in that folder aswell
