Hey. I just got lspdfr to work on my pc, but when I press Y to respond it does nothing. Even when I press X to get a call it doesn't give me one. I don't now what to do. Any suggestions??

Just to make sure, you are going to the police station and going on duty, correct? or pressing F4 and typing "forceduty"?

It pans around then goes to the place where you pick your person, then i pick the car. After that it spawns me in the car next to the police station. Then it shows a box that says that I'm on duty.

Please attach your RagePluginHook.log. This is located in your main directory.

There's nothing at all in your log that is helpful, unfortunately.  Please take a screenshot of the LSPDFR folder within the plugins folder.
