The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So when i run the game it works. I can see the police stations on the radar.. I go to them i cant enter them. Also it says i should be able to click F4 to open a menu noting comes up. 

 

Its like the mod dosen't work for me..

and now i can't even start it. i start the ragePluginHook its checking all the like vissual C and stuff and then nothing happends the thingy is gone and nothing more happends

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
