Ok, I did it again and now it's gta v start, but lspdfr has same problem. Still getting same messeage

Unfortunately, I really don't know.  I've tried Googling, and either there was no resolve for it, or nothing worked.  The error seems to come from your computer.  What might be causing it I don't know.  Try adding GTA V as an exception in your anti virus and firewall.

Ok, I will throw the pc from the windows maybe it help if I buy new pc :D but thank you for help.

Lol, if all else fails, just throw it out the window. :P  There might be another solution, but I don't know it.  I wouldn't rush to get another PC.
