Ok friends. I have els and nin els lights ( but mostly the els lights ) that looks like a little light with hardly no color. I can turns light on and off they are working but it just look like little strips of lines with not color just white or very light blue or red. Help please I have tried all mods from make visual great to radiance what am I leaving out? Do I have to manually add lights ( colors ) to els folder or some type of folder ? I completely lost.

Pause the game and go into GTA V settings. Make sure PostFx, Shader, and Shadows are all on high or above.

did anyone save the files for the original police cars, I somehow deleted mines I want to install them again

If you used a mods folder, you can go back into the vanilla update.rpf and get the vanilla police models.

I do but don't see anything saying vanilla

It won't say vanilla.  Vanilla just means it came with the game and hasn't been edited. What I mean is, in the mods folder you'd go to a specific path to place the vehicles.  In the vanilla updates folder,  go to the same path, which is the dlcpacks list and look through the patchdays for the vehicle files you need.  You'd then extract the vehicle files to your desktop, go to the latest patchday in your mods folder, and drag the files into there.
