The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Gentlemen-

here's the skinny, I crashed my system trying to mod a game called homeworld. I ended up having to reformat the HDD. which inturn meant reloading GTA V,LSPDFR, and Rage. my game is a DL from amazon. so now I get this....I've tried reloading gta (which I can play the game, no issues) 

rage version is:RAGE Plugin Hook - Open Alpha - 0.56.1131.11508

LSPDFR version is:LSPDFR 031 Install.rar

not sure what to do to get back on and bust some criminals:woot:

Your GTA V folder must be named Grand Theft Auto V.

Please try removing that extra "Grand Theft Auto V" folder that you have in the directory.
