1) You should only have one Plugins folder.  The Plugins within Plugins should be deleted.  Second, I'm not entirely sure what LSPDFR Enhancer Config is, but please temporarily remove it.

 

2) Please go into the LSPDFR folder within plugins and take a screenshot of that as well.

Regarding your first screenshot, please make sure you follow what I put in my above post. :)  If you could, please include the top half of the LSPDFR folder.  I'd just like to make sure everything else is in proper order.

Please remove the plugins folder within LSPDFR.  There should only be one plugins folder, and that is the Grand Theft Auto V \ Plugins folder.  I think once you make all the corrections I've listed you should be set.

 

If not, please provide new screenshots of the same destinations.

When I install all of these damn mods it just does it idk why

In that plugins folder is actual mods so what should I do?

Look through all instances of Plugin folders.  Are there mods in every single one of them? and are there sub LSPDFR folders in each one?
