The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Have you tried disabling everything from the creator's update, including the gaming tabs?

I didn't disable everything from the creator's update, plus the gaming tabs but I fixed it, it was the massive amount of traffic because I replaced the gameconfig to use add-on vehicles and I did 5x Vehicles and 5x Peds which increases the traffic and ped amount. Thanks for trying to help anyway!

 

P.S: Is it still alright for a 1 Year old Gaming PC like mine to have 769 GB free of 1.36 TB?

    I know nothing about that, sadly. XD Can't offer insight there. I'd assume it's fine, just means you don't have a lot installed.
