My GTA V game freezes up, ESC works but the in game does not respond and is locked. I installed traffic policer, radio, and arrest manager mod because most of those are requirements for...well all of them. Well now my game doesnt work, I installed the latest version and followed the instructions by the author. The game freezes when I go to activate my ELS, Radio and Computer +. ELS has ALWAYS worked before. Any idea why it refuses to work? I am out of options.
