I got the vehicle to work, I can actually spawn in side. 

I was conducting a traffic stop and as I pressed Y to enter, my game crashed.

Change the name of your mods folder to _mods.  Now load in, play the game, and use the Sheriff2 slot.  Does it still crash when entering it?  Use this quite a bit please so we can test.
