I don't know what's wrong, but before I used to have the option to issue penalties and now I can't. My only options now are "Ask for id", "issue a citation" (up to $5,000), and "issue a warning". This goes for vehicle-stops and on-foot stops. I have gone through Albo1125's troubleshooter9 and it doesn't say anything about Traffic Policer being out of date or not being installed incorrectly. Can someone please help me understand what is going on?

The extra options only work for traffic stops.  The options don't appear when stopping a ped on foot.

Unfortunately though, the options do not even show up for traffic stops either. I get the same 3 options and that's it.

Does every other feature from traffic policer work for you?

Yes, and that is what's confusing me. I can call tow trucks, coroner, grab ped, all that stuff. I can also pull people over in their cars and tell them where to park. The only problem seems to be the traffic stop options. I have reinstalled three times already and nothing changes.

Actually, I think you're mixing up mods.  Traffic Policer allows you to write parking tickets, but it doesn't include advance traffic stop options.  LSPDFR+ is what has the enhanced traffic stops.

 

 

Traffic Stop enhancements are included with LSPDFR+, not Traffic Policer. Kallus is correct in not being able to issue penalties on foot though, unless if things have changed a lot and I've just been too much of an idiot to notice.

Well if that's the case, it still doesn't work. I have LSPDFR+ as well. Albo1125's troubleshooter didn't detect anything wrong with that either.  I'll try to reinstall that mod since I was most likely doing the wrong one.

Thanks guys, I got it fixed. Turns out it was LSPDFR+ that I had to reinstall. Everything is working just fine now.
