Basically what I am thinking is having Fire and EMS calls that mimics real world dispatch where police is generally on scene first. I would love to see more interaction between PD and Fire/EMS. IE blocking the street for a working fire or accident. Responding to a EMS call first and calling it clear or dangerous etc.
