The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello I LOVE this mod but only seem to have one thing that bothers me. When I pull over a suspect, It says I can sound my horn to make them pull over more, but when I do that, nothing happens. It used to work but I don't know why it doesn't now. Is there a mod I can install with this that will make them pull over in a better place anyway? I'd really appreciate the help guys!

I did install ELS. I'm even running with a couple of police vehicle mods that require the ELS mod. BUT Even after I installed those mods it still worked for a little while. I didn't do anything different.

In your main GTA V directory open the ELS.INI/config. Look for "ELSTrafCTRL", and disable this option (set to false). This should now fix that issue.

Also, a feature of traffic policer is called "mimic" and it works a lot better than sounding your horn.
Hit Ctrl+Q to engage mimic after they pull over & they will copy your moves.

When you're happy with the spot they picked hit Ctrl+Q to quit mimic.
