Hi all, I downloaded RPH 0.56 and now have texture LOD loss in game, and a missing RAGE F4 overlay that freezes the game when opened just like normal (I can still type commands blindly).  

 

I've removed my mods folder (containing MVGA and many vehicle replacements) and plugins folder, but the problem does not correct.  I've also updated RAGENativeUI with no results.  I launched my modded GTA through Steam and the issues are not present, only when launching with RAGE.

 

System is not an issue since im running an i5 and GTX 1050 Ti (and more importantly, since it was working before the update).

 

It may help to know that I also updated to the newest Windows 10 version just recently released, but it hasn't affected any other game.  Any suggestions?

For the console issue - Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

 

For the texture loss, when in game, pause the game and alt-tab out.  Open Task Manager-->processes, and right click GTA-->set priority to high.

 Thank you so much, works fine now.  Only questions is any guesses as to why this happened in the first place?  Maybe its something I can avoid in the future.

Unfortunately, there's no way solid way to determine that.  Modding can be very finicky, and things can break/not work for a number of reasons, some of which are entirely out of your control.
