Hi there! Just using LSPDFR for first time today. Everything in the game seems to run okay, but I've had multiple occasions where it runs for ages but whenever I am bringing someone down to the Downtown Police Station from an arrest, LSPDFR crashes.

Side note: the "E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\PoliceStationManager.cs" doesn't actually exist. Not sure if this is a bug and is causing it or whether the logs are just shortening the location for privacy reasons or something.

Hi there.

 

Open up your commandline located in your main GTA V directory. If anything is written, delete it.  Next, open up the Rage settings and look for "enable counter measures against online vehicles".  If this is checked, uncheck it.

Hey thanks for the quick reply! So I checked and was nothing in the commandline file, and I enabled the counter measures against online vehicles setting on Rage settings and tried again. It caused an absolute barrel load of error messages on the load up that felt to be running infinitely. Had to shut GTA down through task manager as it wouldn't stop. 

Looked in the log and there was a million instances of this:

Also just prior to changing this I had another crash. Was in pursuit and called in a few units and a heli, game crashed. These were the last two things on the log.

[2017-07-31 01:16:23.478] LSPD First Response: PlayAction: Failed to find UNIT_RESPONDING_DISPATCH, reverted to random voice

I said if the online vehicles option was checked, uncheck it.  Not check it, lol.

 

Are you using RDE?

I have Enhanced Native Trainer, MenyooSP Trainer & a thing to enabled Gunrunning vehicle spawns installed, and also Vanillaworks & IVPack + Gameconfig I got here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

The errors at the police station were happening prior to installing those two car packs and the gameconfig though.

Try removing Menyoo for me, please.

Okay I'll give that a try. Vanillaworks is just an addon car pack with some lore-friendly stuff on it. Nothing major. https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vanillaworks-add-on-pack

If removing Menyoo doesn't work, please change the name of your mods folder to _mods and try going to the downtown police station.  If it still crashes at that point, move your mods folder onto your desktop and verify integrity of game cache.

Just tried without Menyoo installed and so far no crashes. Will report back if anything happens. Thanks for the help!

I've been having some random crashes again today. Seemingly random in nature, including one where I hadn't even reached the police station yet and was just driving from Michaels house.

Not sure if this is anything LSPDFR related or just an issue with Rage I need to diagnose elsewhere.

Unfortunately, that log is not readable. In your main GTA directory is RagePluginHook.txt/.log. Please attach that.

Oh damn okay. Well I ran it after these issues and shut it off before it crashed so nothing to show. I'll report back if it happens again, cheers.

What all plugins do you have? Including in your main directory.

I have no extra plugins, just using standard lspdfr. My extra ASIs are: Enhanced Native Trainer, MPGunrunning (to allow SP spawns), and OpenIV.asi. Scripts folder just has clearscript.dll, nativeui.dll and scripttest.dll in it.

Temporarily remove MPGunrunning, please, just to see if that's the issue/

Removed it, had the exact same thing happen again as with the 2nd Pastebin link. Always during a pursuit.
