Ugh, I've tried everything I can think of, it WILL NOT recognize any vehicle mods at all what-so-ever.

Show me your mods folder again, please.  Then go into OpenIV and go to where you have the vehicles installed and also take a screenshot, please.

What specifically do you want to see in OpenIV? I have my vehicles installed in Patchday11

A few things.

1) Please delete common, DLC, resident and script.  Those should not be directly within the mods folder.  Also, you have two updates in the mods folder.  That isn't going to work.  You need to make sure there is only one updates folder directly within mods.

2) All replacement vehicles need to be in the very latest patchday in order to work.

Yeah I uploaded the old photo. Common, DLC, Resident and Script have been removed. Which update should I delete then? Ok, I'll move my cars to the latest patchday.

Delete the one that is empty.  If both have mods in them, transfer all the mods to one update folder only.

Sorry, specifically, which two should I look into? I see the one update "folder", which other one should I look at?

My apologies, one of them is a folder, and the other is an rpf.  The update folder should be there, but then you should have:

and the update.rpf within the update folder, as well as x64.

Ok so I need to delete which of those? Also, I placed all my vehicle mods into the latest patchday and still no change, no vehicle mods, EUP, anything

Inside of your update folder, is there x64 and update.rpf?  If yes, is that where your modded files are?

Or are your modded files within the update.rpf that is just in the mods folder?

They are in the file, not the rpf

Here is the path your mods folder should be for modded vehicles

mods / update / 64 / dlcpacks / latest patchday / dlc / x64 / levels / gta5 / vehicles.

Go ahead and fix your mods folder so it matches the above path, please.

Then delete the extra update.rpf (not the folder) that is directly within the mods folder.

Do I check that via openiv? Is that how I edit the path too if necessary? Sorry this type of stuff is new to me

Yes, you will need to be in OpenIV in order to access that path.

Sorry, I knew that. It is all correct. I bring up EUP again because it utilizes an Autoinstaller which worked perfect for me before, but now with that even showing its not installed in the game (i get a pop-up message saying its not installed) leads me to believe there is an obvious lack of communication between OpenIV and RPH

That I can't help with, unfortunately.  I have not used the new EUP, so I'm not sure how exactly the install works.  What about your vehicles, though?

Nope, still nothing. Thats why I think there is an issue with OpenIV not communicating with RPH.

Sirenmastery, sticky wheels, ect works fine. Seems to just be anything to do with OpenIV

In OpenIV, click tools-->ASI manager.  Make sure ASIloader and OpenIV.asi are installed.

Yep they are, that was the first thing I checked. Also uninstalled and reinstalled.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but I have a suspicion you still did something wrong with your mods folder.

At this point, I think you're better off remaking your mods folder/  You can follow along with this topic, which guides you on how to create paths.
