Whenever I add a .dll file or something and unblock it, the game crashes without loading the plugin so I was wondering is there a fix to that or not 

Even when I add LSPDFR mods the game crashes without loading the Plugins

Make sure your running the latest Rage and the latest gta 5 version, also remove all your plugins and leave LSPDFR. run the game and see if that works. if it does then add one plugin at a time till you find the problem.
