CPU is terrible. tbh for a refurbished/Ebay computer it's horrible.

 

Build your own, it's cheaper and you can get better parts.

No its terrible. The CPU is weak and a 1GB of VRAM won't even run GTA 5 on medium, let alone heavily modded.
Do like me, start studying the whole PC building stuff... It's pretty fun to plan your own build checking for parts at cheap prices. If you dont feel comfortamble about assemblying it, pay for someone to do it. It will still be cheaper than a pre built PC

Also my reccomendation would be to buy at least a GTX 1050 with 4 GB of Video-RAM.  Still, watch out for the number of plugins you install, mods are still unstable no matter the PC you have.

And take advantage of the release of the new Ryden CPU. Cheaper than it's Intel counterpart and has almost the same performance. Good luck!
