I think I already know the answer to this question, but just in case. Did rockstar ever make GTA LCS or VCS playable on the PC? And yes I've seen the  mods for the games.

    Nope. both of those games were PSP/PS2 (and PSN) exclusives. They never saw a PC release, which is a shame considering i quite enjoyed VCS. The closest thing you'll get to a PC release is the mods.
