I can’t go on duty or enter police stations

After installing LSPDFRand running the game through RAGE Plugin Hook, while the police station icons do appear on the map, I cannot enter them or press E to go on duty. 

 

Pressing F3 for the console (F4 conflicts with ENT) to open the console to manually launch the DLL simply pauses the game. 

 

Since apparently this matters, I do get the “Welcome to RPH” message when I first launch the game. 

 

On a side note, sometimes the police station icons don’t even load, although that is usually fixed by a simple restart. 

 

Other mods I have:

- Secret Service Suburban

- Enhanced Native Trainer

- Rockport Police Department Stanier

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.
