I'm looking for modders to help me better my GTA iv experience I know everyone moved on to V but I sadly can't enjoy that due to PC it being hard to buy a better one being a hard working dad I just need help with vehicles and better PEDs I've played with what's on the web but I know someone might be out there willing to share a mod to help me truly enjoy my gta

    I've got all new road textures that i haven't released on here. It would take a while to upload them again ( like a prevoius pack I uploaded ) I've included new store fronts and other subtle changes.
