Are you using "Who needs 'em?  Remove unnecessary controller bindings"?  If so, the "back up" files might be the problem.  Put your stock file back in.

There's a chance you may of installed EUP incorrectly.  I would uninstall it completely, then load into your game and see if you can play without issue.

Forgot to mention that I can play up to a good half hour or so without it crashing, but that is around the time it crashes. Anyways, I will do as you say.

Good luck. :)  Does anything happen around that half hour mark that may trigger the crash?

Nope. It crashes randomly, both on-duty and off-duty. I remember one crash was when I  was just jumping around, off-duty as Trevor, then it happens. 

So yeah, I removed everything related to EUP, and I will keep testing to see if it crashes. Quick question though, is EUP Serve and Rescue a requirement? I have been running EUP Law and Order without it.

Chances are something didn't install right with EUP.

Ok, so I reinstalled EUP, but then after an hour or so, it still crashes.

These messages keep popping up in the console repeatedly, and I'm not sure what they mean: [TRACE] New ped recognized as cop

Everyone gets that, however, yours seems to happen repeatedly.  Temporarily move your mods folder to your desktop and load into the game to see if it still crashes.
