    Pretty sure this is Cockstar's way of shitting on modders even further.  To my knowledge, there's nothing to fix this. Looks like I'm uninstalling entirely and not bothering anymore.

    Someone told me to replace the new "steam_api64.dll" with the old one, although I haven't tested it yet.
