Take your mods folder out of your GTA directory.  Now right click GTA in your Steam library list-->properties-->local files-->verify integrity of game cache.  Once it's done, try going back in game without your mods folder.  Does it still crash during pursuits?

I did the steam file integrity thing, and made a new mods folder, but I saved my patchday and xmas2 folders folders where I have my added cars, and I tested it with just a clean rph and lspdfr install, then I put all the vehicles and lspdfr plugins back in, and now it no longer crashes! Thank you so much Kallus Rourke.

Also, a off topic question, do you know if there is a visualsettings setting to change the brightness of ELS coronas (eg. flashing reverselights?)

You're most welcome. :)

Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure about that.  It might be part of the model.  You can check the ELS VCF, but the VCF is mostly for environmental lighting.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂
